Be careful, most of those are False Morels and should not be eaten. A real morel does not a have a stem attached to an umbrella shaped head. You can find lots of info on False Morels on the net. Check it out.

ya i know.....you can eat false morels as long as ya dont eat the steam...i have been eating them for years and they havent killed me yet!!! ya just gotta know how to handle them and take care of them!!
